Boy birthday card

Caleb was invited to a birthday party on Saturday and I actually managed to make a card in time!
I used a Lili of the Valley stamp and coloured the image with Copics.  The paper is Echo Park - Little Boy layered on Bazzill kraft card. The sentiment is printed on the computer and coloured in with a Stampin' Up marker.

My 5 year old, Phoebe, has been off school for the past couple of days with a tummy bug and after pestering me for ages this morning I finally gave in and allowed her to paint with my Kaisercraft paint.   I gave her 1/2 a cup of water for rinsing her brush with strict instructions she was to be careful not to knock it over.  All went well until the end, she was writing her name at the top of the page (because that's what you have to do at school apparently!) and of course she knocked the dirty purple coloured water over - it hit the wall, the radiator, the table and the floor. While I was huffing and puffing and scolding she would have been better if it had been yellowy white......then you wouldn't have seen it!

Thank you for visiting today and I'll be back tomorrow with more!

This is a great card for a lively boy Sarah (would you know anything about those?!!) Poor Phoebe, she would NEVER have spilt that painty water if it hadn't have been for that tummy bug! Hope she feels better soon. Vicky x
